5. Fair Payments & Refunds

Fees are listed upfront. Payment is handled securely via Stripe/PayPal.

- If we cancel your order for special reasons, we will refund the full amount.
- Partial refunds if authentication cannot be completed due to image quality.
- We can always refund your order if it is not used within 30 days. Fees are non-refundable after identity verification has begun (we’ve got you covered!).
